We offer 12-month leases, typically aligned with the OU academic calendar. Shorter or flexible terms may be available — contact us to discuss your needs.

Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. It is due upon lease signing to secure your unit. Deposits are held in accordance with Oklahoma landlord-tenant law.

Tenants are responsible for their own utilities (electric, gas, water, internet). We'll provide information on local providers when you sign your lease.

Please contact us to discuss pet policies. Certain pets may be permitted with prior approval. There will be a pet rent of $15 per month (along with a non-refundable pet deposit). Only one pet is allowed per unit.

Yes! Our 4-bedroom duplex is ideal for a group of students. Each adult occupant must submit their own application through our Innago portal. Property management currently does not split lease and lease individually. Prospective tenants are responsible for finding roommates and signing the lease together. There will only be one lease issued per unit.

Rent is paid online through the Innago tenant portal. You can set up automatic monthly payments via ACH bank transfer or pay by debit/credit card. ACH payments are free to tenants while debit/credit card payments will incur a processing fee on the Innago platform.

Log in to your Innago portal and submit a maintenance request. For urgent issues, call us directly at 405-561-2110.

Property management does not require renters insurance, however tenants are recommended to have their own renters insurance to protect their personal property. Landlord's insurance does not cover tenant property in the event of a loss. The Innago platform does have a recommended renter's insurance that tenants can purchase if they choose to do so.
